We're thrilled to welcome you to our outdoor ceremony and reception at the stunning Arrowhead Golf Course on Sunday, August 31st, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM sharp, followed by a magical evening of cocktails, appetizers, an elegant dinner, and dancing under the stars. We've chosen this breathtaking venue for its spectacular views and can't wait to share this special place with our loved ones.
Since most of our guests are traveling from out of town, there will be a festive Welcome Party hosted by Asa's mother, Elizabeth Mandel. All out-of-towners are welcome to join us on Saturday, August 30th for delicious appetizers and drinks as we kick off the wedding weekend at Ocean Prime in the Denver Tech Center from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. It's the perfect opportunity to reconnect with other guests and start the celebration early.
We are aiming for an elevated semi-formal atmosphere that matches our beautiful outdoor venue. We request no shorts, jeans, or hats – think suits with button-down shirts and dress shoes for men. Ladies—your favorite midi-length or long dress would be perfect for the occasion. The Colorado evening air can be a bit cool, so consider bringing a wrap or jacket for after sunset.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is conveniently located about 30 minutes by car from our hotel block, or you can take a one-hour bus ride. We recommend arranging your transportation in advance to ensure a smooth start to the wedding weekend.
We've secured a fantastic room block at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center at an exclusive rate of $129 per night. The hotel offers wonderful amenities and will serve as our home base for the weekend festivities. Parking is available for an additional $20 per night. We recommend booking early to ensure you can take advantage of our special rate.
Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to Arrowhead Golf Course (via rental car or ride share service). From the hotel block to the venue, Ubers are about $40 for a 35 minute ride.
Due to extremely limited cell service at the venue, ride share services like Uber and Lyft are not reliable options for departure transportation. For this reason, we've arranged convenient shuttle service from the venue back to the Hyatt that will run in multiple trips. Times TBD.
These return shuttles will be the primary transportation option for guests who don't have their own vehicles. If you prefer to rent a car to drive yourself, parking at the venue is complimentary. We strongly recommend either taking our shuttle service or driving yourself to ensure you have a reliable way back to the hotel.
The Hyatt is perfectly situated near the vibrant Cherry Creek State Park and the exciting downtown Denver area. For our nature enthusiasts, Arrowhead Golf Course is nestled close to the spectacular Roxborough State Park and Chatfield State Park – perfect for hiking, photography, or just soaking in Colorado's natural beauty. Rocky Mountain National Park is also about a 2 hour drive away, but is absolutely worth the trip. We encourage you to make a mini vacation out of your trip and explore all that the area has to offer!
We've chosen to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of immediate family's children who are part of our wedding party. We hope this allows all our guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening's festivities.
Plus-ones are welcome only if explicitly indicated on your invitation. If you see "and Guest" on your invitation, please note in your RSVP if you will be bringing your plus-one. This helps us ensure we can provide the best experience for all our guests.
We kindly request your RSVP by August 1st, 2025. Early responses help us tremendously with planning, from finalizing catering to arranging transportation. We appreciate your prompt response to help us create the perfect celebration.
We're excited to offer an elegant dual-plated dinner featuring Duck Confit and Filet Mignon. For our vegan guests, you will get to enjoy a lovely garbanzo tagine.
For any other dietary preferences, please indicate this on your RSVP. We want to ensure everyone enjoys their dining experience.
We will have an open bar serving wine, beer, and cocktails throughout the evening. However, please note that our venue is located at a high elevation (approximately 6,000 feet above sea level). At this altitude, alcohol can have a stronger effect than you might be used to, and dehydration occurs more quickly. We encourage all our guests to drink plenty of water throughout the evening and be mindful of their alcohol consumption to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable celebration.
The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM.
We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer to capture these special moments. This allows everyone to be fully present during the ceremony and ensures our photographer can capture the best possible images. You are more than welcome to take photos during all other parts of the celebration, including cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.
For those who prefer to give a cash gift, feel free to use the Venmo link in the registry. If you prefer to send a personal check, please reach out to Asa, Meg, or their parents for our address. Otherwise, you can bring it to the wedding.

From the moment we met at Elon University in November 2018, we experienced an undeniable spark—a connection that felt both thrilling and completely natural. We bonded over our common interests, love of laughter, and the sense of safety and comfort we felt in our shared authenticity. Life led us to Boulder, Colorado in 2020, where the beautiful Flatirons and red rocks became the backdrop to our love story.
The past six years have been filled with countless moments of joy, growth, and discovery. Through the trials of entrepreneurship, making a home together, and raising our two adorable dogs Bear and Moo, we discovered the true depth and commitment of our partnership—and learned there is nothing we cannot accomplish together.
Now, as we prepare to say "I do" surrounded by our dearest family and friends, we know this is just the beginning of our greatest adventure yet.
